School, sport, dinners, play dates, and the dozen invisible jobs only one parent usually remembers. HomeBase keeps it all in one place — shared in real time with every adult in your family — with AI handling the busywork.
Open HomeBase in the morning and see exactly what today looks like — every kid's events sorted by time, who's doing drop-off, who's picking up, what needs to be packed, and what's for dinner.
New events extracted from forwarded school emails sit at the top, ready for you to approve. Birthdays count down automatically. Tap the mic to add anything else.
Plan without the spreadsheet. Catch a clash a week before it bites — even across two towns.
Four screens from a real Australian family using HomeBase right now. iPhone PWA, signed-in mum-and-dad family with three kids at school in regional NSW.

Sign up with email or Google in 30 seconds. You'll get a private family code to share with your partner, co-parent, grandparents, or anyone else helping with the kids.
Each child gets a profile — name, school, year, photo, and a colour so you can see at a glance whose event is whose. Packing lists, events, and assessments live there.
You'll get a private forwarding address. Send the school newsletter, sport notice, or excursion form to it. AI extracts the events, dates, RSVPs, and reminders — and queues them for you to approve in seconds.
Approve once and the whole family sees the same schedule, packing lists, and dinner plan in real time. Tap the mic to add anything else by voice. No more "did you tell me about that?"
The school newsletter. The netball fixture. The birthday party invite. Forward any of it to your private HomeBase address — AI reads it like a person and extracts the events, dates, RSVPs, payment deadlines, and packing notes. You tap "approve" and it's on the family calendar.
"Add netball training Tuesdays at 5pm." "Remind me to pay school fees Friday." "Put milk and bread on the shopping list." Talk to HomeBase like a person. AI routes everything to the right place — no menu hunting.
Paste a fixture URL, upload a PDF, or screenshot the season's draw. AI reads dates, opponents, courts, BYE rounds — and adds every game to the right child's calendar. The whole season in 30 seconds.
If Charlie has netball one side of town at 9:30am and Daisy has hockey the other side at 9:30am, HomeBase flags it a week out — with the travel time between venues factored in. So you sort logistics on Tuesday, not panic on Saturday morning.
Every kid's events for today, sorted by time. Drop-off and pick-up clearly marked beside each one. Weather in the header. Tap the arrows to look ahead or back. One screen, no scrolling.
Assign drop-offs and pick-ups by name. See who's responsible at a glance. Add partners, ex-partners, grandparents, nannies, au pairs — each with their own login and role. Nobody is the family gatekeeper.
Add a course of antibiotics — or any ongoing medicine — and HomeBase pings whichever parent is on duty at every dose time. Both parents see when it was given, by whom, at what time. No more "did you give Charlie the 1pm Panadol?" texts. Snap a photo of the box and AI fills the form. Multiple meds at the same time get batched into one notification so nobody gets spammed.
Tap from a frequent-items bank to build the week's shopping list. Plan dinners and assign who's cooking. Save winners to the ideas bank for next time. No more "what's for dinner?" at 5pm.
Track play dates, sleepovers, and birthday parties in one place. RSVP status, host parent contacts, present ideas, drop-off plans — all where you'll actually find them when you need them.
Family birthdays appear automatically 10 days out — "in 7 days" → "Tomorrow" → "🎉 Today!" Mother's Day and Father's Day too. The present is never bought last-minute again.
Hosted in Sydney. No ads, no tracking, no AI training on your information. Only people in your family can see it — enforced in code, not just policy.
Stop being the family WhatsApp group's archivist. Forward emails, speak commands, and get one source of truth that updates the moment your partner adds something. The mental load actually goes down.
Get started →Share the schedule without sharing the friction. Each adult has their own login, sees the same source of truth, and gets the same school emails. Nobody plays gatekeeper. Nobody forgets.
See how →Give your trusted helpers their own access — see today's schedule, mark packing items off, know who's on pick-up — without giving them admin powers over the family. Role-based and safe.
Add a caregiver →Free during the pilot. No credit card. Five minutes to set up — then the whole family's logistics live in one place that updates for everyone, automatically.
HomeBase is built so your family's information stays private to your family. Here's plain-English what we store and how.
All data lives in Google Firebase — the same secure platform used by thousands of apps. Your data is stored in Sydney, Australia for fast access and Australian data residency.
When AI extracts events from your forwarded emails, voice commands, or fixture screenshots, the data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. Only the extracted structured data (events, reminders) is stored — raw inputs are not retained beyond a brief processing window.
Only people in your family who have signed in with your family code. We use Firebase's authentication rules to enforce this technically — no one else, including search engines or other HomeBase users, can see your information.
HomeBase is designed for parents to manage information about their children. Children's data should only be added by their parent or legal guardian. We don't allow children under 13 to create their own accounts.
You can request a copy of all your data, correct anything wrong, or have it deleted at any time. Email hello@ourhomebase.com.au. Under Australian Privacy Principles and the GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information.
